Tuija Postari-Kivistö, VP Operations

Ms. Tuija Postari-Kivistö joined Codenomicon in 2005. As a VP Operations, she is responsible for the worldwide operations at Codenomicon including HR, F&C, legal and IT. She also is in charge of site management and customer operations at Codenomicon headquarters in Oulu.
Ms. Postari-Kivistö held several managerial positions at Nokia Mobile Phones in 1998-2005. She was also CEO of MetaCase Consulting in 1993-1996. Ms. Postari-Kivistö earned her Masters degree in Computer Science and Economics from University of Jyväskylä.

Ari Takanen, Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Ari Takanen is a founder and CTO of Codenomicon Ltd. He is a distinctive member of the global security testing community and a regular speaker at various testing and security conferences. His professional background is on academic software security testing research, where he has been active since 1998.

Rauli Kaksonen, Founder and Fellow

Mr. Rauli Kaksonen is a founder and fellow of Codenomicon. He has developed security and robustness testing methods in academic and commercial settings since 1999. Before founding Codenomicon, he worked as a Researcher at VTT Electronics, Technical Research Centre of Finland. Mr. Kaksonen is a Master of Science and Licentiate of Technology from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Oulu University.

Mikko Varpiola, Founder and Security & Robustness Solutions Architect

Mr. Mikko Varpiola is a founder and security / robustness solutions architect. Before founding the company he was a key researcher at a globally recognized security testing research group, Oulu University Secure Programming Group (OUSPG). As a member of OUSPG he has been actively participating on development of secure programming practices and automation of software security testing.

Brenda Fox, VP Corporate Development

Ms. Brenda Fox's background includes executive management roles as CEO Global Connexus, VP Application Services and R&D AristaSoft, CIO ReadRite, VP Professional Service CompuCom, Director IT Safeguard Business Systems and Director IT Prime Minister Trudeau's office.

She is responsible for the operations in North America. Ms. Fox holds degrees in Math and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo Canada.
