Peter Colaluca

Peter Colaluca, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Peter Colaluca has worked in the software and IT industry for over 20 years, initially for the European subsidiaries of US companies. He has worked for large organizations such as Sun Microsystems and has launched a US start-up company into Europe. In 1996 he founded Simulus, a UK-based performance management software company, where he was CEO. Simulus was acquired by BMC Software, Inc in 2002. After BMC, Peter Colaluca became the CEO of Webperform, another UK-based early stage software company, which he sold to Gomez, Inc. He is now a software advisor and venture partner, and is on the Board of three software companies, including Codenomicon.


Sandeep Kapadia

Sandeep Kapadia, Director, Prime Technology Ventures

Mr. Sandeep Kapadia joined Prime Technology Ventures in 1999. He has provided ongoing support to portfolio companies by hiring senior key managers and initiating strategic partnerships. Before joining PTV, he held various commercial management positions with Baan Company for six years. Prior to Baan, Mr. Kapadia was a software analyst at Rolta India Ltd. (an Intergraph USA subsidiary). Furthermore, he has been employed with Shah Brokers (Indian Stock Exchange). Mr. Kapadia earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Bombay University and an MBA degree from Rotterdam School of Management and J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.


Ari Knuuti

Ari Knuuti, Founder and VP, Business Development

Mr. Ari Knuuti has held the VP of Business Development position at Codenomicon Ltd since 2002. Prior to joining the company he participated in managerial training and education at the University of Oulu. He has a key role in developing Codenomicon Ltd to become a prominent and globally recognized start-up in software testing automation.

Howard A. Schmidt, President & CEO R & H Security Consulting LLC

Mr. Howard A. Schmidt has had a long distinguished career in defense, law enforcement and corporate security spanning almost 40 years, including serving as the Special Adviser for Cyber Security at the U.S. White House. In addition to Schmidt's service at the White House he has served as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Security Strategist at eBay, Chief Security Officer for Microsoft Corp, Supervisory Special Agent and Director of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations Computer Forensic Lab and Computer Crime and Information Warfare Division.

Schmidt is regularly featured as a cyber-security expert on various international media outlets including ABC, CNN, CNBC, and Fox TV. Schmidt is co-author of "The Black Book on Corporate Security" and author of "Patrolling CyberSpace, Lessons Learned from a Lifetime in Data Security".
